With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we're shaping the future of healthcare. **Job Summary** As a Behavioral Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for handling inbound behavioral calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing assistance with website registration and navigation. You'll work closely with our members and providers to resolve issues, address concerns, and offer solutions that meet their needs.
