Associate Technical Solutions Specialist

Euna Solutions is a leading provider of cloud-based software for public sector organizations, and they are seeking an Associate Technical Solutions Specialist to join their team. The role involves developing SQL-based ETL integrations and custom reports, while also providing application support and expertise in data exchange solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build ETL processes in SQL to exchange data between Euna Budget Pro and third-party systems
• Work with Euna Budget Pro Implementation Managers, Consultants, and directly with customers, to design and develop custom SSRS reports
• Design and develop custom data views for use in: in-product reports or dashboards; external reporting tools (ie: Power BI, Tableau,etc); or custom reports
• Handle multiple integration and reporting implementations concurrently
• Attain an understanding of the Euna Budget Pro system to provide 2nd-Tier application support
• Carry out migrations from customer on-premise installations to our Azure platform
• Provide expertise to other departments within Euna Budgets

Skills

• Microsoft SQL development using SQL Server Management Studio and/or Azure Data Studio
• Experience building ETL integrations with third-party systems using SQL
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), ideally using Visual Studio Report Projects
• Above average written and verbal customer communication skills
• Application support
