As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, qualifying leads and booking meetings for Account Executives, contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline by engaging warm leads and strategic prospects
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns using Salesforce and Groove
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives in the AMER region
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and introducing solutions
- Collaborate with your team to exceed goals and celebrate wins
Skills
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles with a focus on influencing outcomes
- A strong desire to build a career in tech sales, with the motivation to learn and grow quickly
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage prospects confidently
- A positive, resilient mindset and a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Comfort with tools like Office 365, Salesforce, and Groove
