Client Sales & Insights Manager
Circana is a global company dedicated to fostering inclusivity and belonging. In this role, you will analyze and deliver insights for a leading global convenience channel retailer, focusing on loyalty and point-of-sale data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive value for the client by analyzing data, trends and providing meaningful insights
- Become subject-matter-expert in assigned areas or contracted solutions
- Interact and collaborate day-to-day with internal and client teams
- Facilitate issue resolution for deliverables in area(s) of responsibility
- Train client as needed on Circana platform & tools
- Identify process improvement opportunities and best practice sharing
- Utilize creativity and client knowledge in identifying new techniques and processes
Skills
- 1-3 years of analytical experience – Retail knowledge/experience preferred. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) knowledge a plus
- Proficiency in working with syndicated data solutions (loyalty, point-of-sale/POS, consumer panel data, etc.) such as Circana preferred
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
- High level of initiative and collaboration required
- Solid project management, time management, critical thinking and process skills
- Capability to engage with clients in a consultative manner while solving and managing content deliverables
- Ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful insights and presentations
- Intermediate experience with basic business applications Excel, PowerPoint
