Compliance Coordinator
Senior Living Residences is a leader in assisted living and memory support, dedicated to providing a positive work environment and exceptional care for seniors. The Compliance Coordinator will assist with compliance and workforce management tasks, including administrative support, project coordination, auditing, and calendar management.
Responsibilities
- Recordkeeping support and compliance
- Contract management organization, monitoring and audits
- Quality assurance audit and administrative support related to SLR quality improvement and community safety programs and initiatives
- Audit and follow-up with communities on mandatory reporting (such as OSHA logs, MA state 101 forms, NH FROI forms, etc.)
- Assist with administrative and audit functions related to insurance renewals for both the SLR Home Office and communities; this may include obtaining information from communities for applications, following up with communities on completion of necessary documentation, uploading and organizing information on Google Drive, etc
- Support communities with administrative preparation for EOEA and/or DPH surveys including submitting applications, coordinating preparation meetings with the communities and participating in the administrative portion of the action planning process
Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year compliance experience, assisted living compliance experience strong preferred but not required
- Experience in either in office administration, operations or administrative role preferred; familiarity in assisted living preferred (but not required)
- Ability to take direction and initiative, will work independently with guidance
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; excellent planning and persistent follow‐through skills
- Strong communication, engaging phone presence, and an ability to meaningfully create relationships
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and train others on new technologies such as G Suite Apps, Microsoft Suite, HRIS system and social media platforms
- Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas to improve operational functions and processes
- Excellent oral and written communication, strong presentation skills
- Ability to travel to communities as assigned for projects, audits or meetings
- Assisted living compliance experience
- Experience in either in office administration, operations or administrative role
- Familiarity in assisted living
