[Remote] Business Solutions Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Horizon Payments is a merchant services provider that helps businesses streamline payment processing and reduce costs. The Business Solutions Consultant role involves building relationships with business owners and providing them with cost-saving solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build Meaningful Connections: Visit business owners in person, attend scheduled appointments, and follow up on referrals to establish relationships and rapport
- Explore Client Needs: Ask questions and actively listen to understand each business’s priorities
- Highlight Cost-Saving Solutions: Share information about our services to show how businesses can reduce expenses and improve efficiency
- Quote Coordination: Partner with our National Sales Managers (NSM), who handle quote preparation, presentation, and deal finalization
- Documentation & Support: Use available platforms/tools to note interactions and follow-ups for visibility and continuity. While this is a remote position, the team will always be there to support you 24/7
Skills
- No previous experience in our industry is required
- Communication: Clearly and respectfully conveys ideas, listens actively, and adjusts approach to connect with clients effectively
- Active Listening: Pays attention to client input to understand needs and respond thoughtfully
- Confidence: Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships. Presents services and ideas with assurance while remaining approachable and consultative
- Independence & Collaboration: Works effectively on your own and can work remotely with internal teams
- Adaptability: Adjusts approach based on each client interaction and evolving business needs
Benefits
- 25% commissions with ongoing 25% monthly residual income tied to all active accounts.
- A $375 weekly draw is available and may be used while getting started or on an ongoing basis
- Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses.
- $100 per quote generated during your first 30 days. Bonuses are paid weekly.
