[Remote] Marketing Project Coordinator

They are seeking a temporary Marketing Project Coordinator to support their marketing and events team, focusing on hands-on execution and coordination across various marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end execution of marketing activities for Phocuswright events (U.S. and Europe), including:
- Promotional and attendee emails
- Content updates on event websites
- Event platform management (e.g., Swapcard)
- Social media posts supporting event promotion and attendee communication
- Coordination with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timing, and execution
- Support research and PhocusWire content promotion via social media
- Assist with content accuracy, scheduling, and basic quality control
- Coordinate periodic research subscriber communications
- Build, test, schedule, and deploy weekly Phocuswright brand emails, encompassing:
- Events
- Research
- News and editorial content
- Perform QA and post-send checks to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Coordinate inputs (copy, links, assets) with internal stakeholders
- Focuses on execution and coordination, not strategy ownership
- Operates within existing processes, templates, and workflows
- Receives training, guidance, and clear prioritization from the team
- Plays a key role in keeping marketing operations running smoothly during a high-activity period
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience (or strong internships) in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Interest in events, email marketing, social media, and content operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear written communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Pardot, CMSs, social media scheduling tools, or event platforms
