Talent Acquisition Specialist
evolvedMD is an innovative company dedicated to integrating behavioral health services in primary care. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for the full cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating offers to ensure a top-tier candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices; update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- At least one year of talent acquisition, sales, account management, or HR experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Experience with applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, and other recruitment systems
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruitment and hiring
- Experience with a wide variety of sourcing avenues and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Healthcare experience preferred
