[Remote] Account Executive, Re-Engagement - NerdWallet Small Business

The Account Executive – Re-Engagement will focus on re-engaging aged leads and past clients, educating them on lending solutions, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline while collaborating with team members to share insights and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage aged leads and past clients with professionalism, empathy, and energy
• Take a customer service–driven approach to sales—listening first, recommending second
• Educate small business owners on lending solutions and guide them through the next steps
• Ask the right questions to uncover needs—even if it means going beyond the script
• Maintain a healthy, active pipeline while hitting and exceeding KPI goals
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to share wins, strategies, and insights

Skills

• Proven ability to manage a pipeline and consistently hit KPIs/sales metrics
• Experience re-engaging aged data, dormant clients, or past accounts
• Strong communication skills—you can connect with business owners from every walk of life
• Consultative sales mindset—focused on solving problems, not just selling a product
• Comfort navigating fast-paced, inside sales environments with shifting priorities
• Resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to think on your feet
