[Remote] Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst - Global Logistics and Operations position is part of the Enterprise Planning & Logistics Operations financial support team, responsible for analyzing financial trends and supporting strategic decision-making processes within the logistics and operations sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide insightful financial reporting to support decision-making processes
- Construct, coordinate, and consolidate templates for periodic financial reporting and planning activities
- Analyze financial trends and variances to inform strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including distribution, logistics, and global transportation
- Engage regularly with European Venlo distribution finance, Costa Rica Shared Service, and other key stakeholders
- Support the Finance Manager in financial analysis related to distribution and logistics operations
- Ensure timely execution of time-sensitive responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple reporting deadlines effectively
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, macros, pivot tables)
- 1+ year of professional experience
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or third-party provider industry
- SAP experience
- Manhattan 2018 and JDA systems experience
