Enterprise Sales Development Representative
KaiNexus is a fast-growing software company on a mission to spread continuous improvement through Operational Excellence. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to own the initial stages of the sales process, qualifying new prospects and collaborating with the sales team to win new business.
Responsibilities
- Research proactively and identify potential customers through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Engage with potential clients, listen to their challenges, and determine if they are a qualified lead
- Schedule meetings & product demos for the Sales Team
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging
- Meet consistently and exceed quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities
- Bring your knowledge of using AI tools to find and target Enterprise-level organizations, or come to us with an open mind and learn to use these tools
Skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management and multitasking skills
- A proven track record of resilience and success in performance-driven environments
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Authorization to work in the U.S is a requirement for this position
- Experience in lead generation or other sales-related roles and/or working in a startup environment
