Finance Data Analyst

Endy is a company focused on transforming the way Canadians think about sleep through innovative eCommerce solutions. They are seeking a Finance Data Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining data pipelines, improving data integrity, and developing reports to support data-dependent functions within the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes in Microsoft Fabric and Azure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
• Develop intuitive, accessible reports and dashboards, and provide training to users on how to leverage and build self-service analytics solutions
• Ensure data quality and implement governance standards
• Optimize the cloud data warehouse for analytics and reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
• Stay updated on data warehousing best practices and technologies

Skills

• Degree in computer science, data science or related field
• 1-3 years' experience with building or managing data warehouses
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, ETL tools (Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Azure)
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to embrace ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills and with a strong desire to work collaboratively
• Understanding of data modeling and integration techniques
• Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize workflows
• High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership in their work
