Key Responsibilities
• Manage privacy-related inquiries and develop action plans for investigations
• Assist patients in exercising their privacy rights and provide education on privacy policies
• Conduct interviews and audits to investigate privacy complaints and ensure regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a work-related field from an accredited institution
• A minimum of four years of related work experience
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and privacy regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Understanding of federal and state compliance program requirements
