Customer Service/Data Entry
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service/Data Entry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, skilled in communication, and able to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilites:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and courteous manner.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates as required.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and customer service software.

Pay: $22.59 - $27.20 per hour
