Senior FP&A Specialist

Senior FP&A Specialist - New York City, NY We are seeking candidates for a Senior FP&A Specialist position to join a growing SaaS company located in New York City, NY. This position will support advanced financial modeling, monthly updates , SaaS ARR data management, and system integration work across Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and Maxio. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of FP&A and financial modeling experience within a SaaS organization is required. This is a 2-3 month contract position that will pay $45-55/hr (depending on experience). All qualified candidates who are located on EST and 100% remote will be considered. Responsibilities: • Improve and maintain advanced and complex Excel financial actual, forecast and budget model • Support CFO, VP of Finance and Controller through 2026 budget planning crunch through end of Jan 2026 final budget presentation to Board • Update model monthly with actuals, budgets, headcount, expense and ARR data flowing through 3 statements (P&L, BS and CF) • Automate manual processes using Excel (Power Query, data connections, etc.) • Maintain and enhance ARR/customer subscription database • Reconcile and align data across Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and Maxio (project) Qualifications: • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required • MBA or CFA is a plus • 5-7+ years of FP&A. financial modeling, or related finance experience • SaaS experience is required, including hands-on exposure to subscription/ARR modeling, SaaS KPIs, and revenue mechanics • Strong understanding of SaaS ARR mechanics and SaaS KPI frameworks (retention, expansion, cohort analysis, CAC payback, LTV, etc.). • Expert-level Excel power/user modeling skills • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and Maxio is preferred • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and independent work style If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please email your resume to Olivia at ociviello@daleyaa.com.
