Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cypress HCM is seeking a talented and versatile Content Copywriter to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of the company, crafting compelling messages across various platforms to support program operations and tell impactful stories. Responsibilities • Develop engaging copy for collateral, promotional flyers, brochures, postcards, and event materials that inspire action and support • Write and edit website content, email marketing campaigns, and e-newsletters to effectively communicate our mission, impact, and needs to various audiences • Create clear, concise, and easy-to-understand copy for internal manuals and program documentation to support the organization's operations • Interview veterans, volunteers and staff to capture and write compelling success stories and testimonials that highlight the impact of our programs • Ensure all written materials adhere to our companies’ brand voice, style guidelines, and mission statement, maintaining a consistent and empathetic tone • Work closely with the marketing communications and programs teams to develop content strategies and ensure all communications meet organizational goals Skills • 5-7 years of professional writing and copywriting experience, preferably within a non-profit, or related field • A strong portfolio showcasing experience in writing for a variety of mediums, including collateral, websites, emails, and procedural/manual documentation • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar • Ability to adapt writing style to suit different audiences (veterans, donors, volunteers, staff) and communication channels • A genuine passion for supporting U.S. veterans and the mission of our company • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms is a plus Company Overview • Cypress HCM is a staffing and recruiting company providing technology and creative recruiting solutions.
