**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, and chat
* Help customers resolve technical issues and billing concerns
* Ensure the appropriateness of social media content
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma and/or GED
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
* Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
* Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
* Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
