Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing orders, tracking shipments, and providing timely updates to customers
  • Answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Confirming current pricing, assisting with product sourcing, and setting up new customers on our E-commerce platform
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team on various projects, initiatives, and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear, concise, and professional manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM-related applications (experience with Zoho is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous, but not required
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing business environment
