**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Catastrophe-Exposed Property Insurance**

With over 600 employees working remotely or hybrid in eight offices across the country, we're tackling the industry's toughest challenges and creating a culture of belonging and inclusion. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Customer Service Representative on our Policy Services team, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing high-quality support to policyholders and producers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Managing incoming calls, chats, and emails from policyholders, agents, and producers * Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools * Meeting personal and team customer service targets and performance measures * Answering questions about underwriting concerns related to home inspections and select property and liability hazards * Handling product eligibility and underwriting inquiries from producers * Processing policy changes, including endorsements, cancellations, customer name changes, and mailing address changes * Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution * Keeping records of customer interactions and filing documents * Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with: * High work ethic, punctuality, and dependability, with a history of good attendance * Proven successful customer support experience * Track record of achieving targets and goals * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters * Ability to multi-task (specifically while talking with customers and resolving their inquiries) * Proficient in navigating Windows-based computers and using multiple software applications across two monitors * High school diploma or equivalent * Flexibility to work varying hours between 8 AM to 9 PM EDT, Monday to Friday, and occasional overtime on Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, highly preferred candidates will have: * Associates Degree * Experience working in Homeowners Insurance * Property & Casualty Insurance License (not required but a plus) * Spanish speaking **About Our Policy Services Team** Our Policy Services team is at the heart of arenaflex, dedicated to helping customers and maintaining a service mindset.
