This role will focus on the design, configuration, development, and testing of <strong>Zuora Billing and Revenue</strong>—specifically within the <strong>Invoice-to-Cash (I2C)</strong> and <strong>Revenue</strong> areas—to support key functions across <strong>Finance, Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Revenue Recognition</strong> and <strong>Accounting</strong>.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a <strong>self-starter</strong> with a <strong>strong analytical mindset</strong>, exceptional <strong>communication skills</strong>, and should be able to conduct design workshops with the business, build a prototype of the system for demos before the start of the development phase. He will partner closely with <strong>cross-functional teams </strong>including Global Accounting and Billing to drive automation, scalability, and innovation across Twilio’s I2C landscape.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>In this role, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li>Support and contribute to the <strong>design, configuration, development</strong>, and <strong>testing</strong> of <strong>Zuora </strong>solutions focused on <strong>Billing, AR, Cash Application</strong>, and <strong>Revenue</strong> processes.</li> <li>Conduct <strong>business workshops</strong> to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective Zuora solutions.</li> <li>Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and to develop/deliver KPI dashboards and reports by using Zuora object queries and data queries etc</li> <li>Create system <strong>prototypes and demos</strong> to validate solutions with stakeholders before development begins.</li> <li>Collaborate with <strong>Finance, Billing</strong>, and <strong>Revenue</strong> teams to ensure accurate implementation of business processes.</li> <li>Integrate <strong>Zuora Billing and Revenue</strong> with multiple <strong>upstream usage systems</strong> and <strong>downstream accounting platforms</strong> like Oracle Fusion, Highradius, Monkey, Salesforce, etc</li> <li>Perform checks and monitoring the critical processes in production instances and proactively identify the issues and fix them</li> <li>Manage KLO operations and stakeholders support with daily activities, Financial close, reconciliations etc</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p> <p>Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!</p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>Zuora Billing and Revenue</strong> modules including Product and customer master data management in Zuora</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to support the <strong>end-to-end implementation lifecycle</strong>—from requirements gathering through to testing and deployment.</li> <li>Solid understanding of<strong> Billing and revenue workflows</strong>, including integrations with <strong>usage load via Mediation</strong>, <strong>taxation and Invoice presentment</strong></li> <li>Experience working closely with <strong>finance and accounting stakeholders</strong> in global organizations.</li> <li>Excellent <strong>interpersonal, verbal, and written communication</strong> skills.</li> <li>Strong <strong>time management and organizational</strong> skills; able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Should have a good knowledge of change management, Agile methodologies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Certifications in Zuora Billing and Revenue implementations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <ol> <li>This role will be remote, US.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Travel </strong></p> <p>We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other.
