Entry Level Water Resources Engineer - FY2026
Jacobs is a leading company focused on solving critical problems for cities and environments. They are seeking an Entry Level Water Resources Engineer to support the delivery of projects related to water management planning, design studies, and environmental analysis.
Responsibilities
- Development and application of environmental and water resources analyses, to support local, regional, state, and federal water management planning and design studies
- Planning and design for water storage, conveyance, and distribution projects
- Performing research, technical writing, and development of documentation and studies as well as data collection, processing, and analysis to support water resources planning activities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, or another closely related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
- Previous intern experience with a consulting or engineering firm
- Relevant coursework or projects
- EIT or on track to obtain
