Responsibilities
- Build and grow your personal database and sphere of influence (SOI)
- Conduct buyer, seller, and investor consultations using CAZA’s proven playbooks
- Deliver five-star service that turns clients into lifelong advocates
- Manage transactions with precision and care using CAZA’s operations systems
- Prospect daily using a mix of CAZA-provided leads, referrals, and personal outreach
- Master CAZA’s proprietary sales systems, including:
- Listing Presentation & System
- Buyer Presentation & System
- Investor Presentation & System
- Premium Cash Offer & Mortgage Partner Programs
- Attend all required trainings, Impact Tuesdays, and team events
- Operate with accountability, ownership, and professionalism in every interaction
