Responsibilities
- Training & Development: Participate in daily company-wide training and receive direct support from experienced managers to help you understand our systems and build a strong foundation
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activity adheres to state and company guidelines while protecting client information and maintaining ethical standards
- Client Engagement: Use our exclusive lead platform to connect with prospects who have shown interest in our life insurance solutions and are actively seeking coverage
- Relationship Building: Develop, nurture and maintain effective relationships with clients through regular follow ups, and ongoing support to provide elite customer satisfaction. Work alongside Colleagues to promote our company culture, standards, while being an effective team player
Skills
- MUST be willing to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to compete with yourself daily
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain quality relationships with clients
- Solutions-focused and a client-centered mindset
- Previous industry experience is helpful but not required
