A bit about us:
We are seeking a part-time, remote Consulting Wealth Advisor with a focus in Tax. This role requires an individual who is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and possesses an in-depth understanding of financial planning, wealth planning, tax planning, Roth conversions, charitable donations, rental properties, business planning, and real estate tax. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and will be passionate about helping our clients navigate their financial journeys. This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth advisory services to clients, focusing on the mortgage industry.
2. Assist clients in strategizing and implementing tax planning, including Roth conversions, charitable donations, and real estate tax considerations.
3. Manage and advise on rental properties and business planning, ensuring the optimal financial outcome for clients.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide the most accurate and beneficial advice to clients.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of service is maintained and clients' needs are met in a timely manner.
7. Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their financial situations and make necessary adjustments to their plans.
Qualifications:
1. Must hold an active Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth planning, tax planning, or a related field.
3. Proven experience in handling Roth conversions, charitable donations, rental properties, business planning, and real estate tax.
4. Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and its financial implications.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound financial recommendations.
7. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-management and organizational skills.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, market trends, and industry best practices.
9. Proficient in financial planning software and other relevant technology.
10. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
