Remote Customer Service Agent - Phoenix Area Only (PM Shift)

• Must be located in the Phoenix, AZ area to be considered* Location: Fully Remote - Equipment provided Schedule: Must be available between 12pm - 12am M-Su. Will be scheduled an 8 hour shift with 2 consecutive days off. Schedules are given at random. Description • Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents. • Up sell/Close sales transactions. • Consistently achieve revenue goals. • Provide quality customer service. Qualifications: • Must have 1 year of call center experience • Must have experience with sales/upselling • Must be able to type 25wpm+ • Must have high speed internet and hardwire with ethernet cable. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
