As an Assembling Specialist, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional results, driving innovation, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. **Job Responsibilities** As an Assembling Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Designing, creating, and managing the execution of flexible manufacturing cycles and systems for specific server farm items * Collaborating with Planning, Item Management, and Tasks groups to identify and address potential assembly detours in early development stages * Analyzing and interpreting complex production data to drive informed assembly methodologies * Identifying and implementing solutions to advance execution and efficiency across the supply chain * Leading the assessment, capability, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth * Utilizing Item Information Management (PDM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Designing Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O) * Leading the Item Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to adjust figure and BOM structures **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science * At least 4 years of experience in a related field, such as manufacturing, quality, reliability, or product design * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, quality, and reliability * Experience with LEAN Manufacturing/5S/8D practices * Ability to travel up to 30% of the time **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Science or Engineering * Experience directing yield improvements and process duration decreases for high-volume and high-complexity parts * Experience with Item Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems * Experience in charging server farms * Ability to impact the item electrical design and assembly process **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control * Experience with data analysis and interpretation * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
