You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders. Your expertise in customer analytics, experience, and data-driven decision making will be essential in helping us build a world-class customer investigation platform that sets us apart from the competition. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute the product strategy for the Client Investigation Center, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's overall business objectives and customer needs * Collaborate with Design, Walmart Interface, Information Adventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer investigation solutions that prioritize data security and customer protection * Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success and track customer adoption of the Client Investigation Center * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and protection, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with arenaflex's overall product roadmap * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with 7 years of experience in product management or a related field * Proven track record of success in product management, with a focus on customer analytics and experience * Strong understanding of data-driven decision making and customer-centric product development * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with 6 years of experience in product management * Experience in managing complex, large-scale B2B/C products, with a focus on customer-facing solutions * Strong background in accessibility and inclusive design, with experience in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards * Familiarity with assistive technologies and accessible design principles, with a passion for creating inclusive and accessible products **Skills and Competencies** * Strong product management skills, with experience in developing and executing product strategies * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong understanding of customer analytics and experience, with a focus on data-driven decision making * Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles, with experience in implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards * Strong technical skills, with experience in working with data analytics tools and platforms **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
