**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Office Administration and Accounting Support, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Settling customer shipments and helping prepare monthly claims
* Creating invoices and bills in QuickBooks
* Generating and emailing customers settlement reports
* Verifying customer logs
* Maintaining filing systems electronically and in paper
* Communicating with customers and operation groups regarding any shipment report discrepancies
* Helping with other administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing payroll times, and more
* Working on other office administrative-related assignments
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma with some college education and/or 1+ years of office work experience
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of QuickBooks (a plus)
* Ability to work in a dynamic working environment independently and as a team member
* Must be organized and pay attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects to meet due dates
