Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Settling customer shipments and helping prepare monthly claims * Creating invoices and bills in QuickBooks * Generating and emailing customers settlement reports * Verifying customer logs * Maintaining filing systems electronically and in paper * Communicating with customers and operation groups regarding any shipment report discrepancies * Helping with other administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, preparing payroll times, and more * Working on other office administrative-related assignments **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * High school diploma with some college education and/or 1+ years of office work experience * Good oral and written communication skills * Working knowledge of QuickBooks (a plus) * Ability to work in a dynamic working environment independently and as a team member * Must be organized and pay attention to detail * Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects to meet due dates **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience with data entry software and systems * Knowledge of accounting principles and practices * Familiarity with electronic filing systems and document management software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
