<p style="text-align:left">We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health!</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Organization:</b></p>SHSO-Sutter Health System Office-Valley<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Position Overview:</b></p>*This position is hybrid and will work across the system and from home within the Sacramento or San Francisco Bay area with an office in the SF Bay area or Sacramento.<br><br>Responsible for leading and managing staff in charge of complex Virtual Health projects and communications supporting regional, operating unit or system-wide goals and initiatives. Maintains working knowledge of telehealth policy and regulation to guide virtual health programs and projects. Oversees resource and time management initiatives and applications, and manages the intake and delivery of virtual health projects for the team. Provides mentoring to project team members in regards to departmental, organizational and personnel issues and serves as a resource for change management, staff development and cross training. Collaborates with leaders and sponsors, operations, medical groups, service lines, informatics, and digital teams.<br><br>• Healthcare Systems: Strong grasp of clinical operations, care delivery models, and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS).<br>• Virtual Care: Expertise in telehealth platforms, remote monitoring, and digital health trends.<br>• Health IT: Familiarity with EHRs (e.g., Epic), interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and data privacy.<br>• Business & Finance: Understanding of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and ROI analysis.<br>• Leadership & Change: Knowledge of organizational change, performance improvement, and team development.<br><br>Preferred- Additional certifications in digital health, telemedicine, or healthcare leadership (e.g., CPHIMS, FACHE, CMPE, Telehealth Certification Institute credentials)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b>:</p><p><b>EDUCATION:</b><br /><i>Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.</i></p><ul><li>Bachelor's: Degree in business administration, health care administration, public health administration, or other related field</li></ul><p><br /><br /><b>CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:</b></p><ul><li>PMP-Project Management Professional within one year</li></ul><p><br /><br /><b>TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>8 years recent relevant experience</li></ul><p><br /><br /><b>SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:</b></p><ul><li>Thorough knowledge of the project management processes, including planning tasks and allocating resources, risk management, issues management, time management, financial management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documentation and record keeping.</li><li>Extensive business knowledge sufficient to understand the operations and technical issues involved with the project and industry, to be able to anticipate and identify obstacles, and make accurate decisions and recommendations.</li><li>Ability to provide direction, monitor, train, coach and assign work to project staff.</li><li>Interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of experience; competence in clear, concise and tactful communication with management, vendors, peers and staff.</li><li>Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.</li><li>Ability to plan and facilitate meetings.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of principles of Lean management systems.</li><li>Ability to gain cooperation and support through effective use of influence and persuasion required.</li><li>Conceptual, analytical and negotiation skills are necessary, along with skills in solving moderately complex problems and developing actionable recommendations.<br /> </li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Shift:</b></p>Days<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Schedule:</b></p>Full Time<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Days of the Week:</b></p>Monday - Friday<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Weekend Requirements:</b></p>As Needed<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Benefits:</b></p>Yes<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Unions:</b></p>No<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Position Status:</b></p>Exempt<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Weekly Hours:</b></p>40<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Employee Status:</b></p>Regular<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span class="WKM1">EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Pay Range is $66.77 to $100.16 / hour. Sacramento Valley area Pay Range is $66.77 to $100.16 / hour. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.</span></i></p>
