About the position The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) for the North America Manufacturing Plant Team offers a unique experience to develop leadership, planning and reporting skills, cross functional partnership, and analytical capabilities. In a supply chain finance role you will gain a critical understanding of how we plan, make, and deliver food the world needs. The North America Manufacturing Plant team supports the North America Retail, North America Foodservice and Pet segments by providing planning, forecasting and analytical support to our North America plant Finance Site Leads and operational partners. This team supports the operation and management of $2.3B. Responsibilities • Provide financial leadership for and preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts • Prepare monthly and interim financial reporting and analysis • Utilize data, analytics, and insights to enable business decisions and solve business challenges by translating insights to actionable solutions for the plant teams • Provide thought leadership and analytical support in development of strategic initiatives (i.e. new product costing, productivity initiatives and capital investments) • Provide clear, concise summaries of performance with functional and cross functional business partners Requirements • BA. or B.S in Finance, Accounting, or related field • 3+ years of work experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly motivated self-starter with strong organization, prioritization skills with an attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to synthesize many data sources to provide meaningful analysis and identify recommendations • Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously • Work well on a team and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization • Establish processes, make process improvements, and effectively organize work Nice-to-haves • 5+ years of work experience • Experience working in a finance/accounting role within manufacturing • Working knowledge of SAP Benefits • Competitive Total Rewards package focusing on overall well-being • Foundation of health benefits • Retirement and financial wellbeing • Time off programs • Wellbeing support and perks • Eligibility to participate in an annual incentive program Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
