• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue across all online channels.
• Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, compelling visuals, and effective keyword usage utilizing SEO tools.
• Lead content creation initiatives including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop to enhance product pages and promotional materials.
• Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email marketing, and marketing automation tools to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to improve organic search rankings; utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with social media management teams to develop engaging social media marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Oversee website management using WordPress or other content management systems; ensure website functionality, HTML/CSS coding adjustments, and JavaScript enhancements for optimal user experience.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in conversion optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms with a strong understanding of online retail operations.
• Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar content management systems; knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website customization.
• Strong skills in content creation—including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite—and social media management.
• Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages for data analysis is a plus.
• Ability to perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices that drive organic traffic growth.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
