AI Research Intern
Leidos is seeking a motivated intern to support our work in Artificial Intelligence research. The candidate will work with other researchers and engineers on projects focused on developing innovative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- At the direction of the project lead, analyze and assess internal projects and artifacts as part of developing innovative AI solutions
- Support analysis and interpretation of experimental results by senior researchers and decision-makers
- Communicate plans and results effectively through written status reports and presentations
Skills
- Pursuing a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Has experience with programming languages such as Java, Scala, C/C++, Ruby, Rust, or Python
- Coursework in artificial intelligence and/or machine learning
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- US citizenship required
- Hands-on experience working with AI technologies
- Demonstrable experience and curiosity in AI
