Outside Sales Representative (B2B Sales Comission Job)

The Outside Sales Consultant role involves meeting customers in their homes to provide flooring product recommendations and estimates, with the potential for uncapped commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to help find the best flooring products for their needs
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Present professionally, including in Luna branded apparel
Skills
- Valid license to drive locally to meet Luna's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
- Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
- Availability for evening & weekend appointments
- Direct Seller Contract
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
- Present professionally, including in Luna branded apparel
