Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day case development, including handling depositions and managing critical discovery tasks, while supporting partners through trial preparation and execution.

Skills
- JD from accredited law school
- Active California Bar admission
- 1+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in warranty defense preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
