[Remote] Junior Loan Officer - Mortgage Loan Partner
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Precision Lending is a small, fast-moving mortgage brokerage hiring a Remote Junior Loan Officer / Mortgage Loan Partner. This role supports an experienced Loan Officer by managing the front end of the loan process and transitioning into pipeline communication management once the file is submitted to processing/underwriting.
Responsibilities
- Handling the front end of the loan process (applications, credit, AUS findings, disclosures, and pre-approval setup)
- Transitioning into pipeline communication management once the file is submitted to processing/underwriting
Skills
- Experience in handling the front end of the loan process (applications, credit, AUS findings, disclosures, and pre-approval setup)
- Ability to manage pipeline communication once the file is submitted to processing/underwriting
- Availability for evenings/weekends for time-sensitive pre-approvals and active transactions
