Special education attorney wanted, on contractual-basis (remote/flexible, California Bar required)
We are a boutique special education law firm seeking a California-barred attorney with experience in special education law to join our team on a remote/independent contractor basis. This role is ideal for anyone with experience with IEP meetings, special education, IDEA laws, and due process cases.
Requirements:
• Must have an active license to practice law in California
• Experience in special education law
• Strong writing and analytical skills
Position Details:
• Location: Virtual/Remote
• Schedule: Flexible hours on an as-needed basis (potential for growth)
• Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience
• Independent contractor status (potential for growth into salary position)
