About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a remote full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients build successful, lasting relationships with their customers. Your typical day will involve making and taking calls to and from customers, qualifying them prior to transferring them to a sales representative at the client. You will work with various clients and campaigns, providing quality customer experiences and taking pride in getting the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and take customer phone calls to qualify them prior to transferring them to a sales representative at the client
• Successfully use scripts to guide conversations and record information on consumer conversations using arenaflex systems
• Work with different clients and campaigns to provide quality customer experiences
• Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide excellent service
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and drive results

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong communication skills and experience working with computers
• A quiet work space that is free from noise or distractions
• Previous call center or customer service experience (a plus)
• Military sensitivity (a plus)
• High school or equivalent education (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 7 am and 7 pm MST
• Residency in Texas

Technical Requirements:

To perform this role, you will need:

• A Windows-based Desktop or Laptop PC (Apple/Mac, Tablets, Smart devices, Chromebook, & Android systems are NOT compatible)
• Windows 10 operating system
• Minimum screen resolution of 1366x768 (a separate monitor of 19” or larger is highly recommended for laptops)
• 4 GB RAM (minimum)
• Dual Core 2 GHz CPU processor speed (minimum)
• 20 GB free disk space (minimum)
• 2 available USB ports (minimum)
• USB Headset (Logitech H390 or equivalent)
• Standard mouse (no touchpads)
• Anti-Virus enabled (Windows Defender or Microsoft Essentials)
• Home DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection with wired Ethernet connection required (private/public WiFi, WiMax, Satellite, dial-up, cellular, and/or Hotspots are NOT compatible)
• Consistent 5mb download/5mb upload internet speed (more depending on household usage), with latency less than 300
• A modern smartphone for two-factor authentication
