[Remote] Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH. This role involves leading cross-platform integration testing and designing robust automation frameworks using Selenium and JUnit. Responsibilities • Lead the QA strategy and planning for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage • Manage defect tracking and resolution, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with development teams • Mentor and guide QA team members, promoting best practices in Salesforce testing and automation • Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform standards and maintain documentation for testing processes and outcomes Skills • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a Salesforce QA Lead role • Proven experience with Salesforce CRM systems, including Case Management and Sales/CPQ testing • Hands-on expertise in automation testing using Selenium, JUnit, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Short-term disability • Additional voluntary benefits • EAP program • Commuter benefits • 401K plan • Paid Sick Leave • Holiday pay Company Overview • Akkodis Group Nordics, operates as a specialized tech cluster, combining expertise in Digital Engineering and Edge Technology.
