Core Functions of the Entry Level Account Manager • Respond to residential customer inquiries on AT&T Fiber speeds, wireless plans, smartphones, and promotions with accuracy. • Educate customers on AT&T Wi‑Fi 6 and 5G integration, showing how bundled services simplify billing and boost connectivity. • Assess household data usage and streaming habits to recommend AT&T solutions that maximize bandwidth reliability and mobile coverage. • Process account activations, device upgrades, and service modifications with precision, ensuring CRM accuracy and billing compliance. • Troubleshoot smartphone setup, Wi‑Fi optimization, and Fiber connectivity challenges, coordinating with Entry Level Account Managers for seamless service. • Drive account growth by identifying service enhancement opportunities and reinforcing AT&T’s position as a premium provider.
