[Remote] Future Opportunities: Outplacement Services Engagement Manager (Contract, Remote)

Killeen Group is seeking a seasoned Outplacement Services Engagement Manager to support future opportunities during workforce transitions. This contract role is responsible for managing client-facing outplacement engagements and ensuring a high-quality experience for both corporate clients and impacted employees.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for client organizations during outplacement engagements
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements on a contract basis
• Coordinate and oversee career coaches, resume writers, and transition specialists
• Conduct intake sessions and align participants with appropriate support resources
• Track participant engagement, progress, and outcomes
• Provide clear, professional updates and reporting to client stakeholders
• Ensure consistent service quality, discretion, and professionalism throughout engagements
Skills
• 5+ years in outplacement, career transition services, executive coaching, HR consulting, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships in sensitive or high-change environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting
• Experience supporting restructurings, RIFs, or M&A-driven workforce transitions
• Experience working with executive or senior-level participants
• Background in executive search or leadership advisory services
