Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BURGEON IT SERVICES is seeking a senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labor and Absence Management. The consultant will lead end-to-end implementation and support, working closely with business and technical teams on process mapping, integrations, data migration, and testing. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end implementation and support • Working closely with business and technical teams on process mapping • Integrations • Data migration • Testing Skills • 10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support • 5+ years of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) • 5+ years of Oracle Absence Management • Strong experience in process mapping, functional design, and client discussions • Hands-on with HCM Data Loader (HDL) • Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Reporting • Working knowledge of Fast Formula & Visual Builder Studio (VBS) • Good understanding of Global HR, Payroll, and Security • Experience with integrations, data migration, and testing strategy • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Team handling experience (5+ members) Company Overview • Burgeon is a Global Technology & Consulting company specialized in Application Development, Consulting Services & IT Staff Augmentation.
