Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound calls, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported Liability and Auto claims, as well as answering questions on claims previously reported
- Process transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products, utilizing multiple computer applications
- Actively participate in department initiatives and goals, maintaining Customer Service Metrics on call volume, quality of call, and attendance
- Provide written communication for all lines of business, supporting policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
- Work overtime when catastrophes strike, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
- 1+ years of Customer Call Center Experience working with Liability or Auto Claims
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric-driven environment

- Bi-lingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
