Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and patient communication
• Assist healthcare professionals with virtual consultations, patient engagement, and education
• Perform regulatory duties, including opening and closing the center, inventory management, and patient flow
• Be responsible for handling patient appointments, performing diagnostic tests, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals
• Encourage patients to become active participants in their healthcare and wellness through services like health screenings, social health, and disease management

Essential Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions, health counseling, and attitude anticipating for patients
• Request and direct vaccinations and injections, and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent
• Complete the Dot certification test within 30 days of employment
• Contingent upon the market, the ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, including Spanish
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing mouth-to-mouth and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Preferred Qualifications

• If under 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, previous student precepting rotation with arenaflex is preferred but not required
• Graduate degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
• Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related Master's degree or equivalent experience along with a Bachelor's degree in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current National Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the role
