Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing a positive and engaging experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries and issues on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, while also escalating complex issues to senior support team members when necessary * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer experience teams, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices * Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform changes to ensure that our customer support strategy remains skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service * 2+ years of experience in customer support or a
