Your primary objective will be to simplify and accelerate data experience at arenaflex, providing top-tier experiences to our engineers, data scientists, data analysts, researchers, AI experts, and business users. You'll be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for our data development experience, remote analysis environments, Notebooks, data visualization, and business intelligence tools used by technical and non-technical talent at arenaflex for business-critical work. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless end-to-end experience for our clients who want to use our data platform to achieve their work. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and driving an overarching product strategy and prioritization across them. **If You're Looking for a Highly Technical and Highly Unique Opportunity that Will Outsize the Future of Data Platform at arenaflex, We'd Love to Talk to You!** **How You Will Respond** * Deeply understand client needs, product analysis, and industry advancements to drive the product vision and strategy, expanding business and client influence * Collaborate closely with senior leadership and engineering teams to define and align with partners on vision, strategy, and roadmaps * Develop product roadmaps in association with key product and engineering teams that execute on product vision and strategy and inform our engineering teams of what issues should be addressed * Foster a data-driven culture that supports quality experimentation and sets high standards for measuring product success * Stay informed about industry advancements, influence their direction, and lead comprehensive buy versus build analysis to align with cutting-edge solutions, enabling returns on investment-based decisions * Encourage a collaborative environment with arenaflex engineers, facilitating continuous feedback loops to ensure we address the right issues and drive maximum impact for arenaflex * Demonstrate vigorous critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, tackling technical and strategic challenges in innovative ways and using data and intuition to make critical decisions despite uncertainty and complexity * Ensure data-driven product development that addresses the product lifecycle and adoption experience * Assist in advancing our client engagement model, communication approach, prioritization, and planning/roadmapping practices **What We're Searching For** * 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Data Platform Manager with at least 3+ years of space experience in data analysis platforms, data analysis experience, or ML platforms * Proven history of managing and developing an product portfolio or driving product vision and strategy * A strong mix of technical depth and domain expertise with a client-centered mindset * Demonstrated interest and experience with at least one of the following technologies: Process engines (Flash, Trino), ETL stages, Notebooks, and BI tools * Key thought leader who can connect client use cases to technology solutions and think comprehensively about the end-to-end experience * Ability to manage a portfolio of larger and smaller bets while balancing short-term objectives and long-term vision * Comfortable applying a mix of qualitative and quantitative techniques to define success * Use product intuition and judgment to tackle problems and make decisions without perfect data * Voracious learner interested in new areas, staying up-to-date with industry advancements, and continually asking "why" * Excellent interpersonal skills; timely communication with clear expectations **We're an Equal Opportunity Employer and Celebrate Diversity, Recognizing that Diversity of Thought and Background Builds Stronger Teams.
