Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our informatics team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of complex analyses, reporting solutions, and packages to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders in the design and development of reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to support business objectives.
  • Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; interpret results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings.
  • Design and develop applications for internal clients.
  • Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
  • Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and problems.
  • Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following areas:
  • Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications.
  • Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS).
  • Development programming languages/knowledge/experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript.
  • Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Transact SQL.
  • Database knowledge/experience – MS SQL Server.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad).
  • Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying information structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.).
  • Database knowledge/experience – Hadoop, Oracle.
  • Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Oracle PLSQL.
  • Crystal Reporting experience.
