Leaf Home is North America’s largest direct-to-consumer home remodeling company, and they are seeking an Outside Sales Representative. The role involves traveling to pre-qualified homeowner appointments, conducting presentations, and guiding homeowners to make purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Travel from your residence to company-generated (or self-generated), pre-qualified homeowner appointments
- Conduct engaging in-home presentations and product demonstrations
- Present custom quotes and guide homeowners to same-day decisions
- Follow a value-based sales process rooted in honesty and integrity
- Attend ongoing training and regular sales meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Willing to travel up to 2 hours for daily appointments (required)
- Ability to lift/carry 20–60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
- Comfortable using iPad-based applications (required)
- No previous outside sales experience required
- Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales system for our unique products
- Strong desire and ability to close sales
