[Remote] Software Engineer Intern (Global CRM) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a Software Engineer Intern to build and maintain a Global CRM Platform. The intern will work closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform to enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools.
Responsibilities
- Work on cackend development of ByteDance's proprietary CRM platform
- Turn ByteDance's proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry
- Understand users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions
- Build a globalized CRM System with high performance and availability across multiple regions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields
- Experience with Java is preferred
- Experience with Spring Boot and/or other Microservice frameworks is preferred
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres etc) is preferred
