Lloyds Banking Group is a leading financial services organization, and they are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will assist customers with their banking needs and provide exceptional service while navigating their banking app.
Responsibilities
- Helping supporting customers navigate our banking app and help with complex needs
- Providing outstanding support to customers
- Listening, understanding, and finding solutions to customer inquiries

- A strong emphasis on great service – You'll always strive to provide outstanding support to customers
- A willingness to learn – No banking experience? No problem as full training will be provided over a six-week period
