As Industrial and Safety Division (ISD) Packaging Business Leader - Brasil you will have the opportunity to shape the future of key market segments—including food and beverages, cleaning, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. Your leadership will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth, innovation, and operational excellence within the Packaging Solutions Division in Brazil.
The Impact You’ll Make in This Role:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies that promote sustainable growth and innovation in the packaging segments, aligning with ISD's global directives.
- Team Management: Oversee and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Market Development: Identify market opportunities and expand the company's presence in key industry segments.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competition to adapt strategies and maintain competitive positioning.
- Financial Management: Oversee the division’s profit and loss (P&L), ensuring financial health and achieving revenue and margin targets.
Your Skills and Expertise
- To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:_
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in business leadership, preferably in the packaging industry or related market segments.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Portuguese and English.
- In-depth understanding of the Brazilian market, especially within the food and beverages, cleaning, personal care, pharmaceuticals, and electronics sectors.

Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week in the office located in Sumaré, São Paulo (SP).
